Sala in principiu este ok, dar este aboslit deranjant ca femeile de serviciu de la curatenie sunt prezente non stop in vestiarul baietilor, si chiar daca am sesizat asta la receptie nu s-a luat nicio masura, ca atare din partea mea poate sa stea sa ma admire oricat vor ele dupa ce ies de la dus sau cand ma schimb! Asta e!

Sala e buna, curățenie la vestiar pe jos, dar în vestiare jeg și gunoaie lăsate de alții, necuratate cu lunile

Nimeni nu respecta regulile sa vina cu prosoape sau sa șteargă echipamentul după folosire.

Personalul, deși mulți, ii lasă în pace.

Iar în fața parcării lor dedicata sunt 2 gropi masive de luni bune, sa nu cumva sa le umple cu pietriș sau ceva, ca doar clienții lor cu brabus și ABT trebuie sa își rupă mașinile când vin.

Curatenie, sala bine ventilata, aparatura moderna.
Las 4 stele pentru faptul ca solarul are multe neoane arse si neinlocuite de luni bune.
P.s: revin sa las 5 stele cand se rezolva ?

De ce abonamentul lunar este 75€ pentru locația din Băneasa, dar pentru celelalte locații este 57€?
5* însă pentru că mi-au plăcut foarte mult clasele la voi atunci când am fost abonată 🙂

Merg la sala la 700 de 5 ani, sunt foarte multumita.
Merg si la masaj de relaxare la Camelia si imi place mult. Pe lângă faptul că ma simt super relaxata de fiecare data dupa sedinta, mi-a rezolvat și problema cu durerea cervicala. E buna în ce face și o recomand la toată lumea.

I've been training here for about 5 months and this has been my experience.
Pros:
- Very clean everywhere - on the gym floor, in the studios, in the locker rooms and even in the massage studio. No complaints here.
- High quality equipment - I've never seen a piece of equipment out of order or not working properly.
- Varied equipment - you find equipment here that is quite rare in gyms in Bucharest. You will find here a glute-ham raise machine, a glute bridge machine, a safety squat bar and a multitude of handles for cable machines that I didn't even know existed. They also have dumbells that go up to 46 kg (I think, or thereabouts). They also have belts that you can use free of charge, and straps. The elipticals are very nice, and you can also find an air bike. Overall very impressive variety of equipment.
- Staff - they're very nice. I lift quite hard and occasionally bang a 315 bar on the ground. As long as you use pads to protect the floor, they'll let you do your training. No one complains about chalk marks. They'll spot you if you ask them. Overall can't complain.
- Sauna and massage services - they're both very good, sauna is free of charge, for massage you need to pay. The sauna is a dry sauna with a salt wall. Very happy with these.

Cons:
- It's small, and does get crowded. It's not the worst gym I've found in Bucharest in this respect, but you won't always be able to do your training exactly the way you want to if you're there at rush hour.
- Opening hours - it opens at 7 AM, which is late for people who want to train in the morning, before work.
- No weightlifting platform. They have bumper plates, but no platform, which renders the plates a bit useless. No snatches or cleans here, you'll need to go somewhere else for that.
- Plastic pads for your shoes - yes, they do make you use them, and yes, it's stupid. It does keep the space very clean, though, which is nice.
- No 2L water bottles. This I found shocking. The largest water bottle you can buy here is .75L. Bring your own water when you come in.

Overall, for me, this is a 5-star gym because the cons don't affect my training very much.

As a last point, I want to encourage anyone who is strong and serious about their training to exercise patience when they come here. Yes, it's a gym that markets itself with the quality of its equipment and with the friendliness of its staff. It's not aimed at people who love hard training. But if you're nice, they will let you train hard in here. The place has grown on me since I joined.

P. S. This is the best gym in the area by far. There are a few others, but they tend to have dumbells that stop around 30kg (among other downsides), so they're completely impractical to anyone who's not a beginner.
