Best workout ever! I joined in June and have fallen in love with 9round. I have never been a fan of Gyms and always preferred working out on my own, but a friend convinced me to try it with her and I am now addicted. The trainers are awesome and treat you like family, and they always keep me motivated! I also love the flexibility of no class times because my work schedule is not always predictable but it allows me to always make it to my workout.

Great place to workout. The trainers are well trained and once they get to know you they become friends. The team cares so much about the 9Rounders. The workout is fun and a blast. You will make progress. The workout is at your own schedule. The best part is that every 3 minutes a new round starts! You must try this place out!

There’s pretty much nothing *not* to like about 9Round! The concept is really quite perfect … you can go in at any time and start your workout; you have a staff of amazing, qualified, motivational trainers to take you through each round; you can go at your own pace regardless of the fact of whether you’re a novice to working out or more advanced; each round can be modified to accommodate every single individual given that no two people are alike and many of us experience varying challenges from injuries and the like (some of us may actually be older than the average age - ouch); and finally, no 2 workouts are the same which is ideal to constantly get results and also to prevent monotony & boredom. Shout out to 9Round Lake Worth and big props to the enthusiastic, high energy trainers .. I love them!

The only thing I don’t like about 9Round is when it’s over. The intense 30 minute workout, that starts when you walk in the door, allows me to spend more time with my family. Every single trainer makes you feel welcome the second you walk in the door, continuously motivates you through out your entire workout and still recognizes you as you walk out the door. They all boost your morale and ensure everyone is using proper form at all times. You leave there feeling great about yourself. IMO, if someone leaves without ringing the bell three times, it can only be because they didn’t give their all... all the trainers give their all... many times, they are even sweating... that’s how involved they get. I have never felt more welcome and more comfortable at a gym. I have never dreaded going there... I can’t wait to get there. I would give more than five stars if it were an option. ?

I love my 9round workout facility in Wellington! The trainers,ownership, and our members are just unbelievable. We are all treated like family and they all know us on a first name basis. Justin, Cecilia, Jeremy, Terry and Nicole are so awesome. I started in September of last year, have been going three times a week ever since and they have been so encouraging. I remember starting out completely gassed when I finished but they didn't let me quit and now I'm proud to say that I'm down 9lbs so far and I'm in the best shape of my life.

This is everything! I feel amazing after I work out, the owner and trainers are all incredible inside and out, and there's a familiarity and friendliness within the clientele. I was never comfortable going to a gym until 9round. I've found the benefits of a personal trainer combined with the ability to go at my own pace and do what's best for my body. It's truly perfect.
