This is a GREAT gym! The facility is beautiful, spacious and spotless. Never once felt crowded in class. The coaching is amazing - they are knowledgeable and always willing to modify according to the needs or limitations of the class members. They are encouraging, motivating and they make EVERYONE in class feel special. What a fantastic addition to the Fern Creek area!

Best thing happening in Fern Creek is The CAV! What a gym! It's clean, very welcoming and big open floor work area and had the pleasure of meeting all the owners. Wow they are amazing! The class was so much fun and welcoming and the coach took the time to explain the workout and every movement we had. She even walked around giving pointers and corrections on mine and everyone's form. If you haven't checked it out yet... you are missing out! Best group fitness class I've done in a long time!

This Fitness Studio is an amazing addition to THE CAV! This is a place that helps people achieve their fitness goals all while having fun doing it! As expected the energy, vibes, workout and coaching are amazing and I can’t wait to go to another great workout at Fern Creek! Loved it!

I LOVE the Cav. I had recently been a member at another group fitness gym for 2 years and needed a change. The Cav made me instantly fall in love with working out again. The staff are so welcoming and fun, the facility is so clean and put together, the equipment is next level, and the overall experience has been amazing! Highly recommend
