I have been going to Thermal since the very beginning 2 years ago with what started as a birthday present from one of the original members. Right away I was hooked! Between the instructors and the classes Thermal has changed my life. Jaime, Ben, and staff have built a place that is warm and welcoming. For 2 years myself and “the girls” have shown up for our regular classes and have become closer for it!! The community here is unmatched. The camaraderie is unsurpassed! So whether you’re looking for yoga, mat Pilates (my personal favorite with Emily), full body fitness, or even just a nice sweat in the sauna Thermal has it all!! Thank you Thermal for what you’ve given all of us these last 2 years!!

Jaime and Ben are nothing but warm and welcoming. You just feel loved the minute you walk in! I was so happy to see they have beginner level classes as well as a much higher level for those who have been around yoga a lot more. We were offered a cup of hot tea that was SO delicious! It’s so great to have a yoga studio in the heart of Valencia that has become such the heart of our community!
I was a little freaked out about going the first time but it went great! I've been taking the therapeutic yoga class and love it. It's different every time and I feel great afterwards. I love the extra touches like the lavender infused hot towels on my forehead at the end of class. Amazing!

I attended the 5pm Candlelit Slow Flow Yoga class and it was fantastic! Plus the owner is super sweet and the studio is lovely. I'll definitely be going back for more classes, sound baths, workshops, etc. A local gem for sure!

It took me two years to write a review, but this place is more than just yoga. It’s a community. Ben and Jamie are amazing. If you are looking for a place to invest in yourself mentally and physically, and become more in tune with understanding your soul and body, I highly recommend. The people who are members here are beautiful humans as well. ?

I’ve been to many studios since I began practicing over 10 years ago all over Santa Clarita (and even Thailand) and this is definitely one of the best! The studio is beautifully decorated, easily the most inviting and relaxing environment I’ve ever experienced. The staff is absolutely wonderful, especially Andrea, Emily and Molly. They provide hot or cold lavender scented towels at the end of each class and herbal tea is available at all times. Highly recommend checking this place out.

My experience at Thermal was beautiful. They offer tea before and after your class and are so welcoming. Kennedy’s Lotus Morning Flow was a wonderful combination of relaxing and strength building. She’s very articulate and her commands are straightforward and easy to follow. They also have a cute “gift shop” of unique locally hand made items.

With many class choices, a great staff, and a friendly, welcoming atmosphere - this team is top notch.

I am so grateful to have found this community! The moment you walk in you are greeted with a smile, and the feeling you are with long time friends. I let my fear of *thinking* I would not be able to do the exercises right away stop me from starting sooner. I was sure wrong. I started with Gentle Yoga and I was hooked. I try to go at least every other day, and as Jaime so perfectly puts it… “Welcome to the best part of your day!” She is absolutely right. There’s been so many times I arrive frustrated with the day, and I leave feeling peaceful, and am kinder to myself and have more grace for those around me. It was highly encouraged by my doctor to find ways to de-stress. I found it- and I’m so grateful to Jaime and the entire staff of instructors. Such amazing humans with the most beautiful souls! Thank you for giving me my mind and my body back! ❤️
