I’ve worked with several personal trainers in the past, but G Fit Life- Personal Training, Floyd’s knobs, IN approach stands out in ways I never expected. My son, Tristan, has been working out with G at G Fit Life for several months now. Our goals were that he become more active, build strength, and gain confidence. All of our expectations were met and then exceeded. Before G Fit Life, Tristan was not very active and was pretty insecure. G has helped Tristan feel better about himself and given him a new love for working out. Since working with G, I have seen an improvement in Tristan’s grades and mood. He looks forward to each workout and is interested in improving his nutrition. Working with G has been exactly what I hoped for Tristan. I am so thankful to G for helping Tristan not only be stronger physically, but also mentally and helping him grow in his faith. G Fit Life is somewhere that you can go and become a better version of yourself. Highly recommend!

G and his team are great, kind, and personable fitness professionals who will challenge you and help you reach your fitness goals. I am a firefighter and badly injured my ankle on the job 3 years ago. I went through numerous physical therapy treatments and my mobility in my ankle and overall mobility and flexibility plummeted after my injury. Since working with G Fit Life my mobility, strength, endurance, and flexibility has drastically improved and I can attribute that to the great fitness knowledge of the G Fit Life team. I have worked out my entire life, but G and his team really know how to design programs that build practical strength that challenge and benefit your overall health. My journey begun January 1 st when I knew I wanted to get in shape and lose weight for my sons fall
wedding. I was already doing yoga a few nights a week but wanted to step up my work-out. Word of
mouth I heard about G-fit through a yoga friend. I did some research and set up an appointment with G-
fit. We did my measurements, took my weight, and discussed if I had any anything specific that we
needed to focus on. I was so surprised by all the information and wellness preparations he shared with
me. I knew I was ready to be 100% on-board, change my life, make this part of my daily routine…... 21
days breaks a habit. I followed the diet plans to a tee…. It was tough to begin and there were days I
wanted to eat my fingers off, but I knew I needed to get my diet on track to meet my goals. Every 21
days I would get a new meal plan, which kept me on track and made meal prepping much easier.
Accountability twice a week – I begin doing 30-minute sessions and I enjoyed the entire staff. Whitney
and Dot are great people and fun to work-out with, which makes it easy to show up. The gym and
equipment are very nice – there is a program that G has me follow weekly. Some workouts are
extremely challenging others are less intense. G knows my potential and knows when I can do more
weights or more leg extensions – he watches all aspects and makes it fun. I started out slow on seeing
results, no I did not get discouraged because the in-person meetings made it much better for me.
Something magical happened about 4 months in, I could see results in my cloths, but most of all I felt so
much better – My energy, my soreness was going away. I wanted more. I stepped up my workouts to
one hour, twice per week. I also found foods that I loved to eat, and I never felt hungry. July 1 st was a
big day – we took my measurements – at 7 months – I’m happy to report that I’m down 25 pounds and
30 inches – my waist, my inner thighs, my arms look amazing. When I started this journey, I was doing
this for my son, turns out it changed my life. I’m now focused on me and how great and motivated I
feel. Everyone, this program works – G is amazing and full of knowledge, he is patient and kind – he will
support you and work with you. Try it…. You will absolutely love it.

I have been training at G Fit Life since February 9, 2024. I look forward to every Friday morning strength and stretch training. G Fit Life is the very best! "G" and his staff are a great team. They are all so knowledgeable and continue to educate themselves to be the very best stretch and strength trainers. You can tell they all love what they do. G Fit Life is a family friendly personal training facility. The staff always have a greeting for everyone that walks in the door. They listened to all of my medical problems, asked me what my goals were and they have provided demonstrations of each exercise designed to meet my goals in order to prevent injuries. I have increased stamina for hiking, I can help others lift and move objects, I can keep up with others in my job with an agility that I did not have before I started my program here. I highly recommend this group of kind and caring personal trainers.

I came to G Fit Life after joining different kinds of programs (home videos, cross-training, gym membership, group workout) and I have not been able to have the success that I have until G. G Fit Life is a great place to be to meet great people of different age range with the same drive and motivation that you have, or want to have if you are getting serious about changing your lifestyle habit into becoming healthier.

The place itself is clean but not that big which is part of why I love it. There are not many people there at once, and I don’t worry about being filmed or gawked at by a stranger. When I do have to ”share” the gym with another client, usually we are busy doing our own thing after our greetings. There is that sense of privacy which is important to me.

G and his team (I have worked with Whitney and Dot and they are both awesome) are knowledgeable, professional, passionate, and dedicated in all that they do. They don’t just train, they teach! It doesn’t matter how many times I have done an exercise with them, they show me each time I need to do it. They reiterate the correct form it needs to be done and which muscles I am working on. Through that repetition, I learn, and become more aware of my form when I exercise on my own and am able to maximize the benefits of it all and not cause injuries to myself and/or others. They also make the training fun as we share stories and listen to music.

They care about each client’s entire well-being; not just physical, but emotional and spiritual as well. I have seen them pray for and with people. I have had text messages from G just asking about how my family is doing. I have had to change my schedule on him once because of something medically related and he followed up on right away to ask how my check-up went. He remembers when I tell him something that is going on and he always ask about it the next time I see him. I appreciate that caring nature of his. Whitney and Dot are no different. They are as caring; and they are all friendly, humble, and down-to-earth; a joy to be around.

They push me but not more than what I, and my body, can do. The exercises are tailored to me, and not the other way around.

G also continues to take continuing education classes to better himself and his team, thus bettering his clients.

I have only been with them since January and I am so glad I joined. My blood sugar is better. I feel stronger each time I go and look forward to the next time. I can actually see muscles that I did not see before. Even my husband has made comments about them.

I do work hard but they give me the fuel and motivation to do it.

Joining is not cheap but it is so worth every penny because I have lost weight but gained confidence and friends in the process. Those are priceless!

I am not where I want to be but with this team’s help, I am closer than I had ever been. Thank you, G, Whitney, and Dot! G Fit Life for life!
