I’ve been around the health and fitness block a few times, and I’ve never been blown away quite as much as MVEMENT has.

The community is fantastic. The facility is beautiful and well equipped. The coaches are knowledgeable and can adjust based on the individual. The variety is second to none and their recovery options are amazing.

Couldn’t recommend this place enough. Looking forward to a long lasting relationship here!

I am frequently apart of Emmanul Calhounes boxing classes and definitely appreciate what a teacher and leader he is throughout the classes.
He gives you that feedback and advice needed to polish your skills, as well as pushes you and encourages you to do even more than what you set out for!

This gym is truly a GEM. I personally LOVE this gym because they've taken the guess work out of working out at a fitness facility. They've meticulously thought of everything that would give you the BEST gym-going experience. I especially appreciate that my child loves the childcare area here, which makes it even easier to go to the gym if you have kiddos. PLEASE keep up the great work MVEMENT TEAM and thank you for helping me along on my health and fitness journey.

One feedback would be that the trainers need to speak a little LOUDER during sessions so that participants don't lose the rhythm of the workout.

I love working out here. The variety of classes is such a benefit (no getting stuck in a rut), the coaches are smart and friendly. Sauna, ice baths, luxury locker rooms. Wonderful gym.

I participated in an intro class on Tuesday; the facilities were really nice, the staff was super friendly but the gal coaching didnt seem that interested in correcting anyone form on the ball throwing things or any of the movements, she just seemed very disinterested the whole time. Also, the smell of chemicals was nauseation and I had a splitting headache since it looks like they are doing construction while still holding classes.

This gym is awesome. I get lifting, yoga, and massage all under one roof! The owners and staff are kind, professional, and humble people. They are very welcoming to all who come there. The trainers are patient with the newbies and also push the regulars to perform their best! I've been a member since Dec 2021 and I just love it here. give em a try, u won't regret it!

This gym is EVERYTHING!!! The facilities, the owners and the coaches are truly amazing. There is a feeling of community and love for everyone there!! They don’t just want your money. They want you as a person! If you’re nervous, just try it! One membership offers access to SO MUCH. I can honestly say I’ve never gotten so much value for the price at a gym. Did I mention I’ve also lost 15lbs since joining? Sign up!!! I can’t recommend this place enough!!!!!
