The space was not overcrowded, which allowed me to move around freely during my workout without feeling cramped or uncomfortable. The gym had everything I needed for my day-to-day workout routine. The equipment was well-maintained and of high quality, and there were plenty of options to choose from, whether I wanted to focus on cardio, strength training, or stretching. Overall, I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-equipped space to work on their fitness goals.

Such welcoming, person centered and friendly staff. The Induction with Shirley was very friendly/person centered and very helpful & the kickstarter service is such a fantastic/affordable way to get back into movement. The gym has all I need and appeared very clean. I have also asked openly about some of the negative reviews on here in regards to cancelling the membership and Shirley has kindly offered a prompt and professional response. A friend of mine had no issues with her cancellation when she moved away. Seems very straight forward :) Its a great local gym and I happily give it 5 stars
