I have utilized CL's services for over 10 years and they have always provided excellent customer service and conducted themselves professionally. There are numerous agencies out there and the number keeps growing, but none will work the long hours to fill a position like them. If you want someone to lie to your face and say all the things you want to hear then maybe CL is not for you. But if you want someone to actually engage with you and potentially find you a job then this is the place to do it. Be honest with yourself and with CL and it could lead to great opportunities. Its a 2-way street, you also have to put in the work, CL can't do it for you.

They are disorganized, lost my personal information paperwork, and messed up my paycheck twice. You don't want to work for them.

Edit for response: September to December, 2015 on assignment to Drive Medical. You fired the front desk receptionist over it for being "disorganized" because W4 and I9 and other personnel forms were lost despite looking in every single filing cabinet you had which is why I didn't get my first paycheck. Two weeks later you screwed up my hours and shorted me even though it was sent correctly to you by the company. Consider yourselves lucky my information apparently wasn't compromised as that would have been a nice lawsuit.
