Best gym and personal training in London! Had an amazing 2 years training with Harry at Club Q. Personal training sessions with Harry not only improved my strength and fitness, but really improved my confidence in the gym. The gym is amazing, with top quality equipment, a lot of space, and Harry is a great trainer and a lovely person. I would recommend Club Q to anyone looking for high quality personal training in London.

I’ve been a client of Club Q for almost 2 years and I couldn’t recommend it more highly. I train with Harry and he’s just brilliant - he tailors your programme to your needs, goals and lifestyle and makes it really easy to get fantastic results. AMAZING GYM! The space is so well presented and allows you to fully immerse yourself in the sessions. Holly is so great. She always takes the time to make sure I fully understand the exercises and perform them the best I can aha. My journey so far has been so tailored and ‘personal’ and I have made amazing progress already.

If anyone is interested in starting with a personal training gym, I couldn't recommend ClubQ enough.

We've been training at Club Q for several months now and can't recommend it highly enough! Unlike most gyms the space is light, airy and roomy and definitely not in a dark basement. You feel uplifted every time you walk through the door. Harry is an excellent and highly motivational trainer, always positive and encouraging and you feel you quickly progress. We have trained with different people over the years but he and Club Q are something special!

I’ve had a fantastic year with Holly and have gotten the results I’ve wanted. Having never done gym work before, I now feel strong and visually more toned. She really listens to your goals, and plans the sessions accordingly. I thoroughly enjoy the workouts and feel both challenged and motivated by her as she is genuinely committed to me achieving my goals. Alongside her excellent work ethic and her tailor made sessions and advice, is a fabulous sense of humour!.. Highly recommend Holly!

Club Q and Harry completely changed my life - this might sound exaggerated but it's the truth. I was very wary of gyms before meeting him and hesitant about starting my fitness journey. I researched a lot, met a few PTs and went with my gut (and am so glad I did). He is extremely dedicated, thorough and passionate about what he does. I was given a whole new perspective regarding food and exercising and he was able to make me go from a "no goer" to a 4x a week "gym rat". I eat better, I feel better, I wear what I want and I see better results coming every single week. I couldn't recommend him and the whole Club Q team more so if like me you're reading reviews and come across this one, see it as your sign to take the leap!

I was initially hesitant of PT’s as they’re usually uninterested and lack their own motivation. I reached out to Harry after deciding I needed to do something about my fitness - he was the most engaged person I spoke to, had clear experience (despite his youthful looks) and heaps of passion. Roll forwards almost 18 months and I couldn’t be happier. I’ve completely changed my relationship with food and drink (for the better, and not counting calories!), more in control and aware, and finding exercise hugely rewarding. Harry is the perfect carrot and stick - knowing when to give me encouragement and when to kick me into gear. His private gym is a huge bonus if you’re gym shy, as there’s no excuse to getting familiar with every move to build up confidence. Couldn’t recommend more (and have successfully sent several friends his way).
