I was at a leg machine when the owner came up to me and told me to hurry up and get off my phone. I told her that I take 2-3 minute rest times and she started saying that people that come in are in a rush and or on their lunch break (I don’t know anyone who goes to the gym on their lunch break). Canceled my membership a week later. I now go to this gym called fitness factory and never had a problem again

Refuse to cancel over the phone, force you to either write a letter and follow up a week later or cancel in person. This is outdated, hostile to the user, and ridiculous.

I love this gym, it’s clean, spaced very well and all the employees are helpful, kind and always friendly. My happy place!! Jack and Trish the owners are wonderful people, always asking how things are and if you need anything. I feel like they are extending family. My entire family also come here because the atmosphere is always warm, friendly and comfortable. Keep doing what you’re doing, love this place!!

I have been a member of this gym for a very long time. Extremely impressed by all of the new Covid safety precautions they have taken to ensure proper protection; not only for the costumers but for the staff as well. This gym has always been extremely clean and now it is next level! The machines are great- they have everything you need. The smoothie bar is so convenient when you are in a rush and you can’t beat the membership price!

“I loved my sessions with Rebecca because she responds to your specific needs. She has a lot of deep knowledge and makes you feel at ease regardless of your skill level. She adequately challenges you, makes working out enjoyable, and overall motivates you to exercise. Furthermore, she pays a lot of attention to your movement during each specific exercise to avoid unpleasant injuries or muscle contraction that may lead you to stop working out for days. None of that insecure feeling you get at any other gym. I would suggest her to everyone, regardless of their level of fitness.”

Omg!! I love this gym. Astomsphere is great. Staff were wonderful. Owners are marvelous people and they give new members a 20 dollar gas card. I love the gym equipments and everyone is so nice and helpful. For 10 dollars a month. I am a happy gym goer. Yayyyy 5 ? ? ⭐️ ? ?...
