I attended the 50hr module Wise Movement, led by highly knowledgeable, wise and kind Lisa Dunn and Niamh Colfer. I highly recommend this course! The combination of strength training and neurobiodynamics made it a very holistic and complete approach. It was a very hands on training. We learned the "theory" by somatic practices which makes it I could experience the benefits immediately and I can now use it into my classes. Furthermore, I enjoyed staying at Suryalila (the accommodation, the delicious food, the sauna,nature, the stars and the shop :))

The FLY (Frog Lotus Yoga) teacher training is really comprehensive, including great teaching on poses and sequencing, assists, anatomy and physiology, safety, philosophy, and even how to run a yoga business. The FLY style of yoga is a strong vinyasa flow, and you'll not only deeply develop your practice, and learn to create and teach great classes, but also become part of a fantastic network of FLY teachers around the world.

The Frog Lotus Yoga Teacher Training is an exceptional course. I had a magical three weeks at the gorgeous Suryalila Retreat Centre in January 2023. The standard of teaching is amazing, the course is incredibly well planned and is delivered brilliantly.

I have scoliosis with a fused thorasic spine and teachers were all incredibly supportive of this. They never pushed me past my physical limits and gave me extra support when and where I needed it.

This experience has been life changing for me, my yoga practice has deepened theoretically, philosophically and physically. The connections I've made here are so deep and special and I'll never forget my time here.

If you're considering training to become a teacher or wish to deepen your practice, I'd say go for FLY Teacher training, you won't regret it!

The most magical place and life changing yoga teacher training! Everything at Suryalila is so perfectly thought through from the dome, the outdoor showers, the compost loos, the edible plants, the incredible food and the lovely people! Frog Lotus Yoga gives you such an depth training that you feel so confident going out and teaching, the most passionate and warm hearted teachers with diverse backgrounds and experience. I have only fond memories, a full heart and the loveliest friends from my training...I couldn’t have asked for it to be any different, I miss it every day! ❤️🤸‍♀️🧘🏼‍♀️
