Pésimo lugar,te dan un supuesto pase de 7 días el primer día que vine fue un problema para entrar .luego de buscar si teníamos el pase o no logramos entrar.volvi el mismo día que se me vencía la membresía y me dijeron que no podía jugar tenis ni disfrutar de la piscina en fin somo quieren que te hagas miembro y nunca cumplen con el pase gratis de 7 dias.si dan esa opción para que los clientes disfruten del lugar y luego decidir si hacerse miembro o no porque quieren obligar a que pagues la membresía desde el primer momento..se necesita mejor gestión por parte del personal, es pésimo la gestión de ventas y de marketing para atraer a los clientes.es una lastima que la administración del lugar con tantos malos comentarios no acaba de cambiar. No se los recomiendo,the worst place to become a member

Blairwood is a fantastic place to work out. The facility is clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a great selection of equipment and amenities.

The pools are a huge plus, perfect for both laps and leisure, and the tennis courts are always in great condition. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is comfortable for all fitness levels. Overall, it's a great gym.

My family and I have been members of Blairwood for a couple of years now and we couldn’t be happier. The facility is always clean, a great selection on the menu and reasonably priced. The lifeguards make sure everyone behaves and are quick with the whistle if anyone is acting in an unsafe manner. We always enjoy our visits.

This club has went downhill dramatically over the last two years. I can’t begin to tell you how many times I’ve driven there to swim laps and there are no lanes open.
Don’t get your hopes up for the steam room because there is a good chance it is broken.
Food at the pool used to have great options and most of our favorites were removed from the menu.
Wish it was still Blairwood, not Genesis….

I have been at Blairwood for 5 years now and this place has gone downhill. I take swimming classes here and coach julia is amazing! But sometimes when I swim here with my membership with my cousins, some staff have favoritism towards people. One lifeguard blowed a whistle at me and my cousins for doing something, and other people did the same thing, and the lady saw them, and she didn’t blow a whistle at them.

A very nice health club with substantial amenities. 5 stars for the variety of amenities. The cost is extremely high, especially if you don't use the pool or gym equipment. ~$120 a month for 2 adults + 1 junior. No tennis-only membership and you have to pay for tennis courts ($45+) and classes (i.e. fast feed another $22+) on top of the membership fee. Non-members pay an extraordinary rate on top of the class fee (+$15) causing us to cancel and no longer attend. It's a great place, simply too expensive overall. We miss playing Saturday AM fast feed, but couldn't justify the cost. They never added towels back now 4 years after the pandemic, but the manager said they were planning to in the near future. Seems like a cost issue vs. a COVID issue at this point.

Start of summer has been very frustrating. Baby pool has been closed off two days now because no one seems to know how to correct chemicals (this was never an issue in past years). Upkeep is overall pretty poor. Stair railing extremely dangerous, wouldn’t advise using them to enter the pool. Cleaning equipment is always left laying around including vacuums, cords, brush heads etc. Menu changes every year and odds are the do not have in stock what your going to order. You would think preparation to opening for the summer would have been taken more seriously with having the most pools out of any club. I have never seen the pools here more disgusting. I really hope they can turn things around, because as of now it has not been worth the time and money being a member.

Love the pool and the gym. My only complaint is that to bring a guest it’s $25 and I have two children that wanted to bring friends and I think $50 for three or four hours at the pool is ridiculous. I wish they would lower the guest Fee to about $10 or $15. Plus when we’re already buying food there we’re spending more money and giving them more money.
