El staff es de lo más amable y servicial.|La habitación es pequeña pero cuenta con un baño amplio y cómodo, la TV es muy grande y cuenta con un frigobar y cafetera.|No cuenta con restaurante, pero hay muchas opciones de restaurantes y bares a unos pasos,

Muy comoda la habitacion, amplia, limpoa y moderna. Excelente descanso. Muy buena ubiccion a menos de dos cuadras de times square pero sin bullicio. Excelente trato del personal del hotel. Todos muy amables, el hotel muy privado, descansas del ruido y la gente, amenidades de lujoo

El mejor hotel donde me he hospedado en Manhattan. Definitivamente el servicio es excelente. Milton en la entrada y todas las personas de recepcion son excelentes. Definitavemnte es un hotel genial en todos aspectos.

No realizan la limpieza de las habitaciones ni de los baños a pesar de que prometen hacerlo. tuvimos que pedir por favor que nos repongan el papel higiénico, el jabón, las toallas. Recortan la limpieza para ahorrarse el costo pero NO recortan la tarifa. Eso es una ESTAFA.

We had a 4 night stay here and absolutely LOVED IT! The location was perfect to take in wonderful shopping, plays, dining all walking. The decor is beautiful. But most of all the staff were amazing. They were responsive to our every need. They truly made our stay special. Highly recommend!

This hotel was a gem of a find in New York City. It’s located in the heart of the city, very close to time square. The street it’s located on is also quiet and there is no nuisance. There are several metro stations near by and hence the rest of the city is easily accessible. One Vanderbilt, time square and rockerfeller centre are at walking distance. The biggest advantage of this hotel is how spacious the rooms are which made our stay very comfortable. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and well maintained (although the property is relatively new). The front desk staff are usually nice and always happy to help. The bathrooms are roomy as well and have Japanese bidets. The only drawback of this hotel was that the room wasn’t cleaned everyday unless specified. Although even after specifying they only cleaned the bathroom and didn’t make the beds. Overall, decent experience and would recommend a value for money hotel at time square. ||Ps - if you’ve been to nyc previously, finding a hotel in other neighbourhoods like Chelsea or Tribeca is probably better. The hustle in time square was too much after a point.
