LOVE THIS GYM!!! New equipment that is maintained and plenty of space so, even when gym is full, you don't feel too crowded. You can't train how you want tnad the staff is AMAZING!

My wife and I came to your nice gym and I was stoked about what I saw very much. We are members of Planet Fitness and it does have a lot going on. For what you charge and what our gym has to offer I have to stay where I'm at. Sucks really. My wife and I pay only $23.00 a month. We get free tanning and Hydro-Massage Bed and chair. You may look into the tanning thing. More money in your pocket. Nice place. Awesome machines.

This gym is great! Terrific rates. Open 24hrs. I feel safe when I'm there. New equipment. Good atmosphere. Can't wait to see the expand even more.

Clean; friendly; new equipment.
Onsite shower for pre-work workout.
Plans for expansion, some equipment not set up yet but this is a fully stocked gym.
No family memberships but the individual cost is cheaper than Any-other Fitness centers in town.

Love coming to this gym due to the pricing, 24/7 access, and equipment. This gym is the best one you can find in this town, and it is still growing in size as they have a full sized basement that will become part of the gym eventually.

The friendliness is just “business and marketing” like a lot of places sadly.
So I recently moved to mt Vernon. Found iron benders, it was more expensive then other gyms in the area but it was new, the owner seemed respectful and friendly so I wanted to help his new business. I enjoyed going and speaking with the owner. We spoke about business and other work related topics. After some time there, I did have to move back to my previous residence. I told the owner that next month would be my last. He completely understood my situation and said he would have the system cancel my membership next month. Sounded great. So I moved back home and switched back to my old bank. Few months went by and I was reviewing my old bank account and found that my membership was still reoccurring. So I called the owner and he said that he wouldn’t refund me the money because that’s not how the “system works”, I was suprised but still respectful. Eventually he agreed to call me back and see what he could do about giving me a refund. Two weeks went by and I have called multiple times to no response. So I disputed the charges and thankfully my bank gave me my money back. Simply put, I was disappointed with the owners disingenuous behavior once I was no longer a customer. Especially compared to other gyms I had been to.

Absolutely love this Workout gym. My kids all have memberships and use it regularly almost daily and everyone just loves all the employees there especially the lady who owns it And her daughter who works At the front desk when you walk in she is very very helpful and knows what she's talking about and very professional it is just a great atmosphere to workout in
