Everyone new to Milford needs to get a membership here! This place is so amazing, especially the pool. Milford is more welcoming than Springfield for those coming here from other countries! Make your home in Milford and join this gym you wont regret it!

I cannot say enough great things about the staff as a whole at this facility. 10/10 I would and do recommend this gym to anyone who will listen !

Taylor in the kids zone really goes above and beyond to provide a safe and FUN setting for both of my kids. She always has group activities going on and my daughter runs in with zero issues every time ! My friend recently switched gyms and her
Main reasoning was the kid zone. As her daughter says “ can we go to the FUN gym!”

Pros: 24 hour access. Amazing staff. Great members. Top notch classes. Pool. Sauna. New free motion treadmills. Cons: Aside from the 6 new treadmills, the rest of the cardio selection is out dated and needs replaced. There’s at least one thing wrong with nearly every elliptical. Whether it be annoying clicks on most of them or the handles missing covers on almost all of them, to missing drink holders on others.Multiple roof leaks, mats in the cool down room coming undone from the floor. There’s a selection of three different cardio bikes, but most of them are styled more for the senior crowd. The other two bike options both have their own issues. The two with the fatter seats reset frequently for some reason, they’re the same make and model but the resistance on both are way different, just outdated models with lots of wear and tear on them. The two Tour de France bikes are a great option but they do not work properly. The resistance and hill simulations just do not work. Rowing machines work, just older models, stair climbers same story. Again, I love this gym, the cons are pretty much just a wishlist of improvements from a lifeline long member.

Used to belong years and years ago and finally came back. Awesome equipment, great monthly rate, and close to home. Can't ask for much more than that. The ONLY downfall is the members who consistently (mind you there are signs EVERYWHERE) refuse to put their weights back, wipe their equipment/sweat off, or the ones that will come to the free weight area and use equipment without actually using the equipment for its actual purpose. Kind of annoying. But other than that, ?.

If you can put the weight on, then you can take the weight back off. And wipe up your sweat. Nobody likes gross lazy people.

Just too expensive at about $130 a month (8 classes). That is for only the Her classes. No MAC gym or pool use. I tried a free class and enjoyed it very much (Wendy was the instructor - she's good at it - also fun and friendly). Someone was supposed to contact me with more info on pricing, hopefully with a military discount, but I never heard from them. 🙁 I would love to attend regularly if the prices could come down.

Just beware when you sign up, you WILL NOT be able to cancel your membership even if you are abiding by the contract cancellation terms. They will charge you for MONTHS and tell you your membership is canceled, but I promise you that’s a lie. Loved the gym, but the company they use to bill you WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY (over and over again) and lie to you. MAC WILL NOT, (maybe cannot) assist you in dealing with the 3rd party company either.

The photos speak for themselves. Broken equipment, roof that leaks when it rains, destroyed ceiling tiles, etc. You can do better than this gym.

This is a great club. Check in is easy and fast. The front desk is always excited to see you, the motivation is all around you. The members and staff is always ready to help you with any questions and support.

The pool is clean, the equipment is easy to use. They have an air system to add and takeaway tensions. Makes for a great work out.

Highly recommend this gym.
