Un lugar maravilloso para practicar. Ideal para cualquier persona interesada en conocer y profundizar la práctica del Ashtanga Yoga de la mano de instructores con sólida formación y experiencia comprobada. I can't say enough good things about this place! From the moment I walked in, I felt a sense of calm and welcome. The studio is beautifully designed, creating a peaceful atmosphere that is perfect for yoga practice.

The instructor, Silvana, was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, making sure everyone felt comfortable and supported throughout the session. The class itself was well-paced and offered a great balance of challenge and relaxation. I left feeling rejuvenated and centered.

What really stood out to me was the sense of community at Miami Life Center. Everyone was friendly and supportive, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

I highly recommend Miami Life Center to anyone looking for a high-quality yoga experience. I can’t wait to go back!

This review is for the Ashtanga Full Primary series - Saturday 9:00am.
I take 1 hour Astanga classes during the week in Broward and decided to register for the full Primary series class in Miami Life Center to expand my practice and get basic guidance. Well, going to this “class” was a mistake.
The “class instructor” was merely reciting the. Ames of the asanas and counting in Sanskrit, and most of the time had his back turned to the class while he looked at his laptop.
Students were doing their own thing, and obviously, if you want to learn something that is definitely not the place, as you are left on your own and the only “guidance” is to look at what others are doing.
This was the least helpful and most unfriendly class I ever took in my life, and I have been practicing yoga for 20+ years.
100% not recommended.
You will be better off watching the ashtanga full primary series on YouTube, and at least have basic guidance.

Silvana is one of the best teachers in the studio I hope we can have more classes with her, her adjustments are amazing!!! and the tone of her voice during the class I love it with so much kindness and aware of the class.

Politicizing yoga and influence over the students attending your studio is unacceptable.

What crosses the line into despicable is appropriating a culture that is not yours, and trying to draw lines between interpretation of spiritual philosophy to political ideology.

This is a spiritually unclean, inauthentic business and community of operators that should be avoided at all costs. I regret ever having spent money to support this business, and will not do so again.

Where have we fallen to in this nation that even a place and practice meant to unite spiritually is not immune to the stench of political propaganda..
