Tengo 6 meses yendo a The Strength Center.Me gusta mucho que mi couch Romy más que nuestra entrenadora es una amiga y siempre está para ayudarnos y corregirnos cuando no estamos haciendo bien los ejercicios.El gimnasio cuenta con muchas máquinas para hacer nuestros ejercicios..

Amo este lugar ! La energía que transmiten impartiendo sus clases es increíble,siempre pendiente a cada detalle,animándote a que te superes cada vez más en tu éntrenos. Son los mejores. The Best team Ahhh y los Lunes son mejores cuando entrenas piernas con el coach JC !

Jc ? best coach ever. Siempre te empuja a superar tus propios límites. Enfrentarme al reto de iniciar mi vida en este mundo del ejercicio fue la mejor decisión que eh tomado. Jc siempre me motiva a seguir y hace las clases más divertidas.

I joined Strength Center in July and I'm glad it Did. Group workouts are fun and intense. They have incredible coaches that get to know your limits and are always there to motivate you to keep going. Coach JC, Coach Romy have been there to help me improve my form with each of the workouts. They both challenge me each day and know when i can do more. Since i joined this community i look forward to going to the each week and have been consistent with workouts 4 Times a week. THANK YOU JC, Romy, Christine for all your support!!

I joined The Strength Center about 3 years ago, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! This gym has exceeded my expectations in every way, from the facilities to the staff and the overall atmosphere. The Strength Center offers a fantastic range of equipment that caters to all kinds of workouts, whether you’re into weightlifting, cardio, or functional fitness. Everything is well-maintained and clean, and there’s enough equipment for everyone. They offer an impressive variety of classes, from high-intensity interval training (HIIT) to strength conditioning. The coaches are enthusiastic and really know their stuff. I love the energy they bring to every session—it keeps me motivated and makes the workouts a lot of fun! Whether you’re just starting out or have been working out for years, The Strength Center has something for everyone. It’s been a game-changer for my fitness routine, and I’m excited to keep progressing here!

I have been going to Strength Center for almost a year and a half, typically visiting three times a week for build days. The experience has been nothing short of amazing. The coaches, especially Coach Cesar and Coach JC, are phenomenal. They always encourage me to push myself and take the time to correct my form, ensuring I get the most out of every workout. The community at this gym is incredibly supportive, making it a place I genuinely look forward to visiting. Strength Center has transformed my perspective on fitness, helping me go from fearing the gym to absolutely loving it. It's become my therapy and a crucial part of my weekly routine. I can't recommend this gym enough!
