Did my first class today thinking I’d just try it out. I didn’t think I’d be signing up for more, but here I am. They made you feel welcome and you hit a lot of muscle groups with well thought out circuits for the class. The tight schedule and keeping things moving was nice for people that have a tough time staying focused.

The program seems to give you a nice balance of strength and cardio throughout each week. The wide variety of bundles gives you total flexibility on membership. Lastly, The staff seem very intentional in keeping you in the loop and engaged. Ivan was patient and stayed in touch for weeks until I finally was able to come.

The CAV is the place for you! Seriously. I HATE gyms. I did at-home workouts for 3 yrs. I needed a change! I drug my feet for 6 months before I finally made the switch. If you need a new workout routine check this place out! Very welcoming environment. You will be challenged but never shamed while you workout. You can go at the pace you need to go. Whether you’re a beginner or advanced The CAV is worth every penny. The instructors are awesome and kind! They really help you understand the importance of good form and correct posture while you lift so you don’t destroy your body! I’ve done 25 workouts there and no workout has been the same. We target different muscle groups each day. It keeps my body from getting set in its ways. I got so tired of having to prepare my workouts from the same old videos. I didn’t have the head space for that anymore. At The CAV they do the prepare work for you so just show up and be ready to grind for 50ish mins! Hope to see you there!

The Cav is an amazing place! Everyone was so nice and welcoming and the workouts were challenging but fun. I was a bit nervous because of my level of fitness but this place is very beginner friendly and the trainer made me feel very comfortable. If you’re looking for an awesome workout with a fun filled community, this is the place.

The CAV is GREAT! This is the perfect place to work out for someone who is looking for more guidance on what to do at the gym. The instructors are very intentional with directions and motivation throughout class. It’s a great resource for people who like to workout in groups and make new friends!

I experienced The Cav on a ‘green day’ and was pleasantly surprised. The workout was easy to follow and gave an example set before we set out for the full workout. I was able to modify where needed and felt very accomplished (and sweaty) by the end. I recommend giving The Cav a try!
