I’ve been a member for about 5 years. This gym used to be great, but it has gotten progressively worse. So many broken machines. No towels anymore, no soap in the bathrooms, sometimes no toilet paper and, today, no running water. Not from the faucets or showers - nothing. And no mention of it when I arrived. I’ve been paying the same monthly fee for gym but getting less and less year after year. Not worth it.

Idc what anyone says, this gym is the best compared to all the other ones I’ve been, I was able to overcome my gym anxiety because of this gym and i appreciate the workers for an amazing experience. It’s so low key and hardly busy but the only thing that sucks is the hours, if only they could’ve opened for longer hours

Getting worse and worse every year.

The weight is not indicated correctly on the machine. A lot of machines have been broke for more than a year. Very unprofessional.

I’ve been inquiring about 1:1 pilates for 3 weeks and no one called me. Then I asked for the personal training and no one followed up. Honestly, I don’t know why they always ask for my name and number when the manager is not going to follow up with the 1:1 lesson inquires. Never experienced a gym that doesn’t call back when a customer wants to sign up and pay for the 1:1 lesson.

좋은 위치에 있고,
짐 이용하면 3시간 무료 파킹이고,
여성분들이 다니시기에 굉장히 안전해요

큰 장점이 있음에도 불구하고 운영이 제대로 되지 않아 5년째 다니는 고객으로 많이 실망스러워요.
이제는 멤버쉽 취소할 때가 된 것 같네요

고장난 유산소 기계들이 많구요.
2층에 있는 웨이트 머신 망가진 것도 많아요
대부분 1년 넘게 고장나 있는 것들이에요

한 여름에 2층은 에어콘도 안 틀어줘서 찜질방 같을때가 많아요

작년에 미리 사전 공지 없이 리모델링 한다고 몇주동안 문 닫은 후부터 고객들이 많이 빠져나간게 눈에 띄게 보여요. 윌핏 멤버십 끊어버린 지인만 10명이 넘어요.

랫풀다운 무게도 엉망으로 적혀있어서 진짜 어이가 없을 정도입니다. 한달에 $10 하는 것도 아닌데 기본은 좀 지켜주세요

- Please extend back your weekend hours. Closing at 5 PM on Sundays is ridiculous. Some of us signed up here because of the old hours that enabled us to work out late.
- No more towel services
- Machines are broken and never fixed

Rejoined the club and towels will be no longer provided.
So bring your own towel.

Most machines are out of order and not functioning, seems as the management does not care about it.
Broken mirrors and smith machines,,,,

The front staffs are very nice and polite.

Pros:
1. Nice workers - especially the guy at the front desk who works early in the mornings.

Cons
1. The overall condition of the gym isn't super great. Lots of equipment out of service and just overall, kind of a dingy vibe.
2. Lots of seats/upholstery on the machines are torn up. This is a health risk! It can become a breeding ground for bacteria.

Management - please don't just scroll past these reviews and ignore them! It'd be much appreciated if you invest more in the gym when necessary and repair things in a timely manner to make the gym-going experience more enjoyable.

Guy at the front desk and the janitor were both super nice, but the gym itself is in various forms of disrepair. Lots of broken equipment, split leather seats on the machines, lack of matching weights, scuffs on the walls, roped-off areas, water leaks, etc. The treadmills also give me electric shock every time I touch the handle. Generally, working out here is just not a great experience and the quality of the gym seems to have definitely gone down throughout the years.
